Wheat Flour / Atta

Wheat flour is the grind form of the whole wheat grain which is grind into a powder to make a dough out of it for various purposes and to prepare various dishes out of it. States recognized as Major contributors of wheat are Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab,  Haryana and Rajasthan. Wheat has a huge demand in India as it is used in preparation of bread, biscuits, semolina, wheat flour (Atta) for making chapati/roti.
